  1. Perhaps they mean "near" as in "soon" (or, as in Hebrew, "b'karov.")

  2. Zev, you're probably right. But let's assume as a Purim joke it means "almost", I wonder what part of the State of Israel they want to keep around. Zoabi, perhaps?

  3. Just keep them out of Beit Shemesh. They brag about how they "don't take money from the state" but someone the Beit Shemesh residents get stuck paying their sewage and garbage-collection bill. And when they burn garbage cans, we get stuck paying for that too.

  4. At least they're honest about their position. In contrast to their brethren who are Zionists when the budgets are drawn up but anti-Zionist when the army comes calling.

    1. Baruch,
You are WRONG -- they take the discounts in Beit Shemesh just like all of their brethren' -- see my post above. In fact, last year it was THEIR VOTES that gave our mayor his MAJORITY. So their position about not taking money from 'Zionist' is a LIE -- we pay for their garbage collection, sewage, road maintenance (including repairs after they vandalize).

  5. Self hating despicable, who do chillul Hashem. Let them go to Iran to the HolocausT deniers, and lick their tuchases.
