Tunneling out of prison!
wow.
if you thought the tunnels were confined to the area of Gaza and just over the border nearby, it is also happening up north. within Israel.
this is like straight out of a movie.
Prison wardens, acting on intelligence gathered, searched the cell of a group of 8 prisoners, all members of Islamic Jihad serving long prison sentences, and discovered that the prisoners had been working on tunneling out of the prison!
The tunnel discovered was already 2.5 meters deep and 6 meters long!

This type of toilet was actually fairly common in factories and called 'bool pigia'. You could stand up for number 1, and squat for number 2. (you can see the diagonal ridges for traction in the bottom of the picture which is where you stand) It could be over a common collection pit or some sort of pipe system. In this case, the opening is much much larger than the normal hole, so I'm wondering how it was covered up to simulate a normal toilet.
